Does it connect to the Internet?

No Internet permission, network behavior, or external intents.

What does it save?

Only optional completion marks. It does not save notes, photos, customer information, accounts, serial numbers, or device details.

How do I clear marks?

Open Privacy Seal and choose “Clear all local rail marks,” clear app storage, or uninstall.

Can it tell me whether a device is safe?

No. Stop and seek qualified local or urgent help when a condition is unsafe or uncertain.
