Handoff Lab Privacy Policy
This canonical 18-section policy matches the policy included in Handoff Lab. The app works offline and stores only optional local completion marks.

Responsible entity, scope, and effective date
Nadeem Phone Repair & Electronics LLC provides Handoff Lab for Android. Effective August 4, 2026. This policy covers the app and its local-only behavior.
SECTION 2
Intended audience
Handoff Lab is an adult-oriented bench and handoff guide. It is not designed for children to use without a responsible adult.

Purpose and functions
The app presents offline educational prompts for bench setup, preset observations, handoff, return, safety boundaries, circular care, sources, and privacy.
SECTION 4
Data collected and transmitted
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, device identifiers, account data, contacts, photos, location, diagnostics, or customer records.

On-device preferences
Only chosen completion marks are stored locally in Android app storage. They are not linked to an identity and do not leave the device.

Sensitive records and free text
The app has no free-text field and does not create repair, youth, health, account, ownership, passcode, serial-number, or incident records.

Permissions
Handoff Lab requests no Android permissions. It does not use camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, phone, Bluetooth, or internet permissions.

Accounts and deletion
There are no accounts, sign-in, profiles, or account-deletion process because the app does not create an account.

Ads, analytics, tracking, and SDKs
The app contains no ads, analytics, attribution, tracking, telemetry, remote configuration, or third-party data-collection SDKs.

Sharing and third parties
No app data is shared with third parties because no app data is collected or transmitted.

The app has no external intents, contact action, export feature, or network behavior. Source citations are displayed as text only.

Retention
Completion marks remain on this device until cleared in Privacy Seal, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.

Deletion, backup, restore, and transfer
Android backup and transfer are disabled. Clear marks in Privacy Seal; uninstalling removes local app storage subject to Android behavior.
SECTION 14
Security measures and limits
The app minimizes data by operating offline and storing only selected marks locally. No software can eliminate every risk on a device you control.
SECTION 15
Children and safeguarding
The app does not create public profiles, messaging, location sharing, or records about children. Adults remain responsible for supervision and local policies.

Safety and professional-advice limitation
The app is not repair, diagnostic, emergency, legal, or safety-professional advice. Stop and seek qualified or urgent help when appropriate.

Policy changes and choices
A future policy update will be included with an app update and revised effective date. You may choose not to use the app and may clear local marks any time.
